New to
Concepts
Concepts
have developed a program for adults that addresses anxiety related
issues. The aim of the program is to assist clients with unhelpful
thinking patterns, cope with difficult or stressful situations, and
to manage the anxious feelings and physical symptoms that can be
experienced as part of anxiety. The program will be facilitated by
Clinical Psychologist - Kristy Dunlop over a six week period. If you
are interested in attending the group, please contact Kristy on 9583
1069 so that she can provide you with further details about the
group.
The Psychologists
at Concepts and Personal Trainer Michael Reid have recently
developed a new program for children aged between 11 and 13 called
"Let's Talk, Let's Move". This program will incorporate
physical exercise and discussion sessions to help improve children's
emotional and physical wellbeing. For more information, take a look
at the "Let's Talk, Let's Move"
