Vocational Assessments
Recruitment and Selection
Vocational Assessments can be
used within an organisation to assist with the development of a
particular role and the assessment and hiring of suitable
employees for that role. The Psychologist will conduct a job
analysis to determine what an individual needs for a
specific role based on key tasks and performance indicators. The
next stage of this collaborative approach with the organisation
is to conduct a psychological assessment to ascertain an
applicant's suitability to the role. This is followed by a
structured behavioural interview that is facilitated by
one of our Psychologists.
Career Planning
Vocational Assessments can
also be used to help determine a choice of career. To do this a
Psychologist will help you to decide what job you are suited to
by assessing your skills, values and how it will fit into
your lifestyle. The next stage for planning or
changing your career will involve examining your career
choices and setting goals to achieve them.
