Change for Growth Program
This program has been
designed to assist people with their goals to make change and
target issues such as smoking cessation and maintaining healthy
eating patterns.
Some aspects of the program
will include:
- Positive attitude strategies
- Goal Setting
- Making and maintaining change
- Stress reduction and relaxation techniques
- Self-awareness of wants and needs.
Change for Growth groups are
