Each Psychologist utilises various counselling models depending on what may be most helpful to the individual. These may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) as well as a range of creative therapies and relaxation. The Concepts office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, with some appointments available outside of these hours.
