Concepts Training Centre
The Psychologists at Concepts Psychological Consultants have teamed up with Concepts Training Centre to offer a range of coaching interventions to assist adults who are training at the centre with taking the steps necessary to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Coaching can be provided as needed or as a regular part of a training program. The Psychologists utilise various coaching methods in order to help you obtain your best results. These can include: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).
Our goal is to assist you as you work towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
