What are the right career choices for me and how do I get there?
Are you at a point in your life where you feel you need to make a career decision however you are not sure what to do? Where to Now? is a group program where you will discover what type of career is best suited to your personality style and what area of your work life you are most likely to succeed in. An overview of your individual personality style is the first step in determining your ideal career and work industry; followed by further information on the tertiary education and work experience requirements to begin your career in your chosen field. Practical job seeking skills such as how to answer job applications, resume writing, preparing for interviews and how not to lose faith in a competitive job market will also be addressed.

Working Together Group
Phase One, Phase Two & Towards Creative Thinking
A social skills and self-esteem program designed to develop and enhance a child’s confidence, social skills and self-esteem and providing practical strategies within a supportive small group environment.
Available in Phase One, as an introductory program on social awareness and interaction skills; and in Phase Two, which builds on these skills and expands to include working within a group or team.
Also available as Working Together Towards Creative Thinking, a program tailored for children within the gifted spectrum of intelligence.
C.H.I.L.L. Group
An anxiety based program addressing unhelpful thinking patterns and physiological reactions to stress and anxiety. Incorporates strategies to assist with identifying and reframing of unhelpful thinking patterns and the alleviation of physiological symptoms.
Body Concepts
A preventative body image program which includes education and strategies to assist young people in understanding the impact of negative self perceptions and external influences on their body image and self esteem.
Transitions Group
A practical program designed to assist children with the transition from Primary School to High School and the challenges and changes involved in this time of transition.
Study Concepts
An educational program addressing healthy study habits, self-care, relaxation and coping strategies to assist adolescents as they work towards the completion of exams, particularly with the School Certificate or Higher School Certificate.
Mindful Parenting Concepts
A parenting skills and strategies workshop which provides evidence based research and preferred methods of parenting skills in a small group setting, focusing on a proactive and mindful approach to children's behaviour and parents responses. This is followed by a discussion section whereby parents' specific questions can be addressed.
