Michael has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry.
Michael is a former Martial Arts Instructor and competitor; and has also trained and competed in boxing and bodybuilding.
Michael is managing the Concepts Training Centre whilst offering personal training and programs, group fitness classes, group fitness challenges and healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programs.
